Conventionally, this type of cleaning equipment has been equipped with a wire-mesh-like bucket for storing parts in a machine casing and a cleaning liquid tank above and below, and a pipe with a pump interposed in the middle and a plurality of nozzles at the tip is connected to the tank at the root. These nozzles face the bucket, and when parts are placed in the bucket and the pump is driven, cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid tank is ejected from the nozzles through a pipe to clean the parts. A circulating type is known in which the liquid flows down into the tank and is sent to the nozzle again to be ejected. However, as parts are repeatedly cleaned, the liquid in the cleaning liquid tank turns into waste liquid containing oil, and in the past, this waste liquid was simply poured into the sewer without any special treatment, which was not desirable from the standpoint of pollution prevention. The present invention was devised in view of this situation, and includes a built-in waste liquid treatment tank in the parts cleaning equipment, in which the waste liquid is treated, oil content is removed, and the purified liquid is discharged. The purpose of the project was to try to prevent pollution.

Thus, when cleaning parts, the parts are placed in the bucket 2, and then the switch on the operation panel 20 is operated to drive the drive roll 4 to rotate the bucket 2, and at the same time drive the pump 6 to fill the cleaning liquid tank 5. A cleaning liquid is jetted from a nozzle 8 through a pipe 7 to clean the parts. The cleaning liquid flows down into the cleaning liquid tank 5 and is returned. When the cleaning liquid is circulated and used repeatedly in this way, and the cleaning liquid becomes dirty, the electromagnetic switching valve 12 is switched by operating the switch on the operation panel 20, and the pump 6 is driven to drain the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank 5. The dirty cleaning liquid is transferred into the waste liquid treatment tank 9 via the branch pipe 13. Then, in the tank 9, the liquid is stirred by the stirring blade 1.
While stirring by 9, solenoid valves 16a and 16b
The valve is opened and the processing agent flows down from the processing agent tanks 14a and 14b. When draining dirty cleaning fluid, it is mainly the oil that poses a pollution problem.
Therefore, as a treatment agent, for example, a 10% polyaluminum chloride solution is placed in one tank 14a, and a 0.1% anionic polymer flocculant is placed in the other tank 14b. In this way, the oil is coagulated by these processing agents and floats to the surface. Next, after stopping the rotation of the stirring blade 19, the motor 11 is driven to rotate the wire mesh 10 from the state shown by the solid line to the state shown by the dotted line to scoop up the solidified oil, and then the solenoid valve 18 is opened. The liquid is then discharged through the drain pipe 17. Since the oil content has been removed from this discharged liquid, it does not pose a problem in terms of pollution.

As described above, according to the present invention, the waste liquid treatment tank 9 is provided in the parts cleaning apparatus, and a treatment agent is supplied from the treatment agent tank into the waste liquid in the waste liquid treatment tank 9, and the oil in the waste liquid is coagulated and floated. This floating solidified oil is scooped up by rotating the wire mesh 10 and removed from the waste liquid, so that even if the oil is removed from the waste liquid and the waste liquid is discharged, it will not cause a pollution problem. In addition, this cleaning process can be automated by button operation, so it does not take any time and effort, and since the waste liquid treatment tank 9 is built into the machine casing 1, it does not take up space. have an effect.
