[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to the structure of a track guard plate in a track traveling device used for a truck hoe, a power carrier, or the like.

In track running systems, a track guard plate is generally installed on the running frame to prevent the track from coming off due to lateral vibration of the track, but it is difficult for this guard plate to perform its intended function. Since a corresponding strength is required, reinforcing ribs are provided to protrude outward from both ends of the guard plate. However, when these reinforcing ribs are provided to protrude, the thickness of the guard plate becomes thicker by the amount of the protruding rib, and when the aircraft tilts laterally during uneven driving or inclined driving, the tracks and the guard plate may become disconnected. Not only can this interference cause damage to both, but if a stone or the like intervenes between the guard plate and the crawler track, it may be difficult for the stone to fall off.

Therefore, in this proposal, by forming an inclined surface on the outer surface of the rib so that the protrusion width gradually decreases toward the lower end, the thickness at the lower end of the guard plate can be reduced while improving the strength of the rib. This is to prevent interference with the crawler tracks.

Reference numeral 5 denotes a running frame of the above-mentioned running body a, which is formed into a frame structure in which a pair of U-shaped sections are arranged side by side with their openings facing each other, and a drive wheel 6 is attached to one end of this running frame 5. An idler wheel 7 is supported at the other end, and a crawler belt 8 is suspended between the drive wheel 6 and the idler wheel 7 to constitute the endless track traveling device 9. Reference numeral 10 denotes a wheel supported on the lower surface of the running frame 5, which is fitted into a connecting link 11 provided on the inner surface of the crawler belt 8 to prevent the crawler belt 8 from wobbling laterally.

Reference numeral 12 denotes a mounting board which is integrally fixed to the lower surface 5' of the traveling frame 5 by welding on the side of the rolling wheels 10 and the side of the idler wheel 7, and is formed by bending both ends outward. It is formed into a substantially U-shaped cross section, and the bent portions at both ends thereof are formed into reinforcing ribs 13, 13 protruding outward from both ends of the mounting board 12. .

Reference numeral 14 denotes a crawler guard plate that is replaceably provided on the mounting board 12, and the longitudinal width of the proximal end of the plate 14 hanging from the lower surface of the running frame 5 is approximately the same width as the spacing between the wheels 10. Further, the longitudinal width of the plate 10 is made to gradually become smaller toward the lower end of the plate 14, and both ends of the plate 14 are bent outward to form a substantially U-shaped cross section. is,
The bent portions at both ends thereof are formed into reinforcing ribs 15, 15 protruding outward from both ends of the crawler track guard plate 14, and the reinforcing ribs 1
5 and 15 are formed in a structure in which inclined surfaces 16 and 16 are formed so that the protrusion width becomes gradually smaller toward the lower end side. The crawler track guard plate 14 is attached with bolts 17 and nuts 18 with its upper half overlapped with the inner surface of the mounting board 12. In this case, the nuts 18 are attached to the inner surface of the guard plate 14. The bolts 18 are aligned with the mounting holes 19 provided in the board 12, and the bolts 1 are inserted from the outer surface of the board 12.

Incidentally, the above-mentioned inclined surface 16 may be formed only on the lower end portion of the outer surface of the reinforcing ribs 15, 15 of the crawler track guard plate 14, as shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, the entire outer surface of the reinforcing ribs 15, 15 may be formed as an inclined surface 16.

Therefore, the reinforcing ribs 15, 15 have inclined surfaces 16, 1.
6, the protruding width t of the reinforcing ribs 15, 15 at the lower end is smaller than the protruding width t' at the upper part, so that the aircraft body tilts laterally as shown in FIG. Even in such a case, interference with the crawler belt 8 can be prevented.

Also, when the aircraft turns, the track 8 of the stopped
Earth and sand is scraped up and accumulated in the center of the wheel 10 in this area and the wheel 1 adjacent to it.
By disposing a crawler guard plate 14 having a longitudinal width that is approximately the same as that of the gap between the crawler track 8 and the track 0, it is possible to prevent the above-mentioned earth and sand from getting caught between the crawler track 8 and the same rolling wheel 10. Damage and wear to the wheels 10 and tracks 8 are prevented.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to maintain the strength of the track guard plate by the reinforcing ribs, and prevent interference with the track when the aircraft is tilted, and the strength of both the guard plate and the track can be prevented. This has the effect of preventing damage. Furthermore, since the sloped surface is formed, the area of the lower end of the reinforcing rib is reduced, so that even if a stone or the like intervenes between the guard plate and the crawler track, it becomes easier to fall off.
