走行せしめる記録再生装置において、前記キヤプ
スタンと一体構造のフライホイールの外周に貼着
され、かつ前記キヤプスタンの偏心データが予め
記録された検出用磁気テープと、この検出用磁気
テープの偏心データを検出する検出ヘツドと、こ
の検出ヘツドで検出された検出信号と基準信号と
の位相差を検出する位相検出回路と、この位相検
出回路の検出出力で記録用若しくは再生用の信号
の時間軸方向の変動を補正する時間軸補正回路と
を具備してなることを特徴とする記録・再生信号
の変動補正回路。 (2) 時間軸補正回路は、位相検出回路の検出出
力に基づいて対応するクロツク信号を出力する電
圧制御発振回路と、この電圧制御発振回路から出
力するクロツク信号のパルス数によつて記録用若
