Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 成形ドラムに巻付けられたプライコードの外周
にトレツドを巻付け、成形ドラムを回転させつつ
トレツド外周をストレツチングローラで押圧し、
かつ、該ローラをトレツドの軸方向中心部から両
端部に移動させてプライコードとトレツド間に介
在する空気を追い出すものにおいて、 前記トレツド巻付けのとき、その両端部におい
てプライコードとトレツド間に挿入されて両者の
密着を阻止する阻止部材と、該阻止部材をプライ
コードとトレツド間に挿抜自在とする位置制御装
置とが設けられ、該位置制御装置は、前記ストレ
ツチングローラが両端部に接近するとプライコー
ドとトレツド間から阻止部材を退避させるように
、ストレツチングローラ移動装置と連動連結され
ていることを特徴とするタイヤ成形機のトレツド
しわ防止装置。
