の移動が可能なように案内支持されるとともにワ
ーク上面に対向する側に吸着面を有する吸着具と
、 (c) この吸着具が前記ハンド本体から離反す
る方向の移動を制限する、前記吸着具・ハンド本
体間に設けられた阻止具と、 (d) 前記吸着具と前記ハンド本体との間に設
けられ、前記吸着具と前記ハンド本体とにこの両
者を互いに離反させる方向に力を加えるばね部材
と、 (e) 前記吸着具の前記ハンド本体に対する接
近の動きによつてワーク外側面を挾持可能に、前
記ハンド本体に案内支持された複数個の挾持具と

所に対して挾持端と反対側の端部で吸着具に連結

項記載のものにおいて、挾持具は、4節平行クラ
ンク機構を介して吸着具とハンド本体とに連結さ
れていることを特徴とする吸着ハンド。 (5) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項または第2
項記載のものにおいて、挾持具は、ハンド本体に
設けられた複数個のピニオンと噛み合う各ラツク
を備え、吸着具に付設された別の複数個のラツク
と前記各ピニオンとが噛み合うように構成された
ものであることを特徴とする吸着ハンド。
