そのメツセージを表わすアナログ音声信号を合成
し、スピーカに供給する波形符号化方式の音声合
成用集積回路を備えた音声合成部と； 上記センサの出力信号が任意に設定可能な所定
時間持続した時これに応動して、上記メツセージ
があらかじめ設定された回数だけ上記スピーカよ
り出力されるよう上記起動信号を上記音声合成部
