Description
図面第１図〜第５図は本考案に係るピンプラグ
の一実施例を示すものであり、第１図は導線を接
続した状態の内部接点部材と外部接点部材の斜視
図、第２図は絶縁部材に内部接点部材を収容した
状態の斜視図、第３図は絶縁部材を閉じた状態の
斜視図、第４図は絶縁部材と外側接点部材とを結
合した状態の斜視図、第５図は完成した状態のピ
ンプラグの斜視図であり、第６図、第７図及び第
８図はそれぞれ従来製品の斜視図であつて、第４
図、第２図及び第３図に相当する。 符号、１０は内部接点部材、１１は外側接点部
材、１６は絶縁部材、１６ａ，１６ｂは絶縁半部
、１８は接点部、１９は挾着部、２０は結合孔、
２２，２３は半円溝、２７は突起、２８は外側絶
縁部材である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 導電材料から成るピンの形状をした内部接点
部材と、該内部接点部材を収容し絶縁材料から成
る２個の半円筒状絶縁半部をヒンジ機構により連
結した絶縁部材と、導電材料から成り前記絶縁部
材の外側面を囲む外側接点部材とにより構成した
ピンプラグであつて、前記外側接点部材には接点
部と前記絶縁部材を挾着するための挾着部とを有
し、前記挾着部には結合孔を設け、該結合孔に前
記絶縁部材に設けた結合突起を嵌合すると共に、
前記挾着部により前記絶縁部材をかしめ止めした
ことを特徴とするピンプラグ。 ２ 前記外側接点部材の接点部は断面Ｃ字状とし
た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のピンプ
ラグ。 ３ 前記接点部にスリツトを形成して弾発性を持
たせるようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項
に記載のピンプラグ。 ４ 前記内部接点部材及び外側接点部材には、そ
れぞれ圧着方式により導線を接続した実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項に記載のピンプラグ。
