- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 陰極スリーブと、この陰極スリーブを内部
に支持固定した金属筒体と、上記陰極スリーブを
加熱するヒータとを有する電子銃において、上記
金属筒体の表面を黒化処理したことを特徴とする
電子銃。 (2) 金属筒体がステンレスからなり、酸化クロ
ムで黒化処理されている実用新案登録請求の範囲
