Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow other housing to identify easily mis-information in case of mulfunction and to allow a housing informing abnormity to recognize the confirmation of information by other housings by providing a confirming means sending a confirming signal and a restoration means sending a restoration signal to each of terminal equipments. CONSTITUTION:A terminal unit is provided with a confirming switch 10 operated for alarm display while receiving an informing signal from other terminal equipment, a switch signal of the confirming switch 10 is given to a confirming signal generator 11, an address of the informing terminal equipment is designated and the confirming signal is outputted to a transmission interface 7. When the confirming signal from other terminal equipment is received, a housing applying confirmation operation is displayed. Further, the terminal unit is provided with a restoration switch 12, an information display state is cleared by operating the restoration switch 12 at malfunction and the restoration signal is sent to other terminal equipment at the information from itself. Moreover, when the restoration signal is received after the informing signal from other terminal unit is received, the abnormity display is released based on the reception of the restoration signal and a mis-information display light 23 is lighted.

(Industrial Application Field) Conventionally, in this type of multiple terminal mutual monitoring device, terminal devices installed in each of a plurality of residential units are interconnected using a coaxial cable line of a CATV system as a signal line. When an abnormal condition such as a fire or gas leak occurs, an alarm signal (alarm data) consisting of data representing the contents of the abnormal condition and an address indicating the dwelling unit where the occurrence occurred is transmitted to the terminal equipment of other dwelling units,
This alarm signal from the alarm dwelling unit is received by another terminal device,
By sounding an alarm buzzer and lighting an indicator light, an alarm is displayed indicating the dwelling unit where the abnormal condition has occurred and the details of the abnormal condition, thereby enabling mutual monitoring of the occurrence of the abnormal condition among the dwelling units installed with a plurality of terminal devices.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in such a conventional mutual monitoring device for multiple terminals, when an alarm signal is received from another terminal device, the alarm buzzer sounds and the display is displayed. Since the alarm was only displayed by turning on a light, the unit in which the abnormal situation occurred could not know whether the abnormal situation was reported by other terminal devices or not, and for example, if all other units were absent. In such a case, even though assistance cannot be obtained from other residences, the resident is expected to report to outside organizations such as the police or fire department. On the other hand, in the case of a false alarm, The problem remained that recovery operations were unilaterally carried out in the unit where the alarm was issued, and that no countermeasures were taken for other units, as even if a warning was issued, it was unclear whether it was a false alarm or not.

In order to achieve this objective, the present invention connects terminal devices installed in a plurality of dwelling units with signal lines, and when a specific terminal device detects an abnormal state, an alarm signal is transmitted to other terminal devices. In a mutual monitoring device for a plurality of terminals that mutually monitor each other by displaying the terminal in which an abnormality has occurred and the contents of the abnormal state, the confirmation means sends a confirmation signal to each terminal device by operating a confirmation switch and a confirmation switch. , and confirmation terminal display means for receiving the confirmation signal and displaying the confirmation terminal, so that the notification terminal can see the status of notification confirmation by other terminals.

As is clear from the self-alarm processing and alarm reception processing in each terminal unit shown in Figures 3 and 4, when the alarm signal is sent to other terminal units due to self-alarm If there is a person in the unit where the terminal unit is installed, the occupancy will be displayed after receiving a confirmation signal from the confirmation operation.
Whether or not the abnormal situation could be communicated to other dwelling units can be immediately known from the alarm terminal.

In addition, if an alarm is triggered due to a malfunction, the false alarm will be displayed on other terminal units as the recovery operation is performed, so there is no need to make any special contact and it is possible to confirm that the alarm was a false alarm in other units. This can be confirmed, and when other dwelling units receive the alarm signal, they do not have to know whether it is a false alarm or not and are not at a loss for countermeasures.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, terminal devices installed in a plurality of dwelling units are connected to each other by signal lines, and when a specific terminal device detects an abnormal state, an alarm signal is transmitted to another device. In a mutual sensing device for multiple terminals that mutually monitors each other by transmitting information to the terminal device and displaying the terminal in which an abnormality has occurred and the details of the abnormal state, a confirmation means for sending a confirmation signal to each terminal device by operating a confirmation switch. Since the system is equipped with a confirmation terminal display means that receives the confirmation signal and displays the confirmation terminal, this confirmation function allows the alarm terminal to check the status of alarm confirmation by other terminals, and prevent fires, theft, gas leaks, etc. Even if the resident unit is busy taking countermeasures when an abnormal situation occurs, it can be expected that other units will report to the police, fire department, etc., and quick response measures can be taken through mutual monitoring in the event of an emergency situation. You can take it.

In addition, each terminal device is equipped with a recovery means that sends out a recovery signal when the recovery switch is operated, and a false alarm display means that receives recovery signals from other terminals and displays malfunctions, so it can be restored in the event of a malfunction. If you perform this operation, a false alarm will be displayed in other dwelling units, so you can accurately grasp the situation of the alarming unit without hesitating to judge whether it is a false alarm or not. This greatly contributes to maintaining a sense of trust in mutual monitoring of multiple residential units.
