れ開閉弁を設け、前記Ｔ字管に、前記送水口への
固定物の流動を阻止し、且つ前記分岐口に対向す
るストレーナを内装し、前記Ｔ字管の送水口側の
開閉弁と前記ポンプとの間に水位計等のセンサを
配設するとともに、このセンサによる検出結果に
より前記各開閉弁を制御する制御手段を設け、前
記ポンプによる流路と並列にバイパス管を設け、
このバイパス管の吸水口にストレーナを且つ前記
ポンプに連通する送水側に逆止弁をそれぞれ備え
