    間に電解液室を備えた電解液保持枠、陽極の外側
    に酸化剤室を備えた電池枠、陰極の外側に燃料室
    を備えた電池枠により、構成され、これら酸化剤
    および燃料が気体である気体燃料電池において、
    電解液室の上部を陽極面および陰極面の上端より
    も高くした気体燃料電池。 (2) 電解液注入口を電解液室上端より高位置に
    設けた電解液保持枠を用いた実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の気体燃料電池。
