    ードの両電極で両面から挟んで構成されるセルを
    、セパレータを介し積層して、カソード側にカソ
    ードガスを流すカソードガス通路を、アノード側
    にアノードガスを流すアノードガス通路をそれぞ
    れ形成した構成の燃料電池において、上記カソー
    ドガス通路とカソードとの間及び上記アノードガ
    ス通路とアノードとの間に、それぞれガスは透過
    し電解質成分を透過しない又はしにくい導電性の
    選択透過膜を設置した構成を有することを特徴と
    する燃料電池。
