Since this can create an extremely dangerous situation, it is necessary to replace the exterior wall materials with new ones. Conventionally, when renovating this, the old exterior wall materials were first removed from the entire surface of the building, and then the new exterior wall materials were installed on top. As a result, when the old exterior wall materials were removed, it made a lot of noise and caused pollution by scattering dust into the surrounding area, and it also took a long time to renovate. .

ていた。 In order to solve this problem, for example, as shown in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 52-55225, the old external wall materials of wooden buildings are left without being removed from the building framework, and appropriate supporting hardware is placed on top of them. There are construction examples in which new exterior wall materials are installed through a There is no need to worry about water leakage, but for buildings with flat roofs, such as reinforced concrete buildings, the cap, which is the top of the building, is most exposed to the wind and rain, and is usually severely weathered, corroded, or stained. However, it is not possible to ensure sufficient watertightness using the above-mentioned construction method alone. In other words, when building this kind of reinforced steel or steel-framed concrete, as in the past, the old exterior wall material is removed from the building frame, the old cap is removed, and the new exterior wall material and new cap are installed on top of it. Although there is not much of a problem, when old exterior wall materials are left without being removed from the building frame and new exterior wall materials are placed on top of them, it is natural that the new exterior wall materials will protrude outside from the old Kasagi area. Because of the large amount of tension, even if watertight treatment is applied between the top end of the new exterior wall material and that of the old exterior wall material with a sealing material such as caulking material, there will be a gap between the old and new exterior wall materials from the old Kasagi part. Alternatively, rainwater may enter the building frame from the attachment point of the supporting hardware that supports the new exterior wall material, causing water to leak indoors in a short period of time.

る。 In view of this, the present invention has been developed so that the old exterior wall material is left in the building without removing it from the building, and the new exterior wall material is wrapped around the old exterior wall material. By applying a unique renovation method to the old cap that protrudes from the top of the building, the project aims to significantly reduce the number of days required for renovation work and ensure watertightness.

As shown in Fig. 1, for example, the external wall material 1 of an existing building frame A whose external wall is tiled is replaced with a new external wall material 2, such as curtain wall or spandrel (trade name), as shown in Fig. 2. As shown in Fig. 3, the present invention first installs a cap mounting member, which is a relatively long supporting hardware, when renovating an old cap 3 that is the top wall of an old exterior wall material 1 in a building frame A. 4 are arranged at required intervals in the longitudinal direction of the Kasagi portion 3 and fixed with foundation studs 5 (for example, Hole-in Anchor, trade name). On this occasion,
A long hole 4a is pre-drilled in the Kasagi mounting member 4, and when fixing with the foundation stud 5, the mounting member 4 is moved in the width direction over the old Kasagi portion 3 along the long hole 4a. The amount of protrusion of the mounting pieces 4b and 4c provided at both ends of each mounting member 4 toward the indoor and outdoor areas is adjusted, and it also serves as a reference plate for positioning when installing the Kasagi unit 6, which will be described later. The Kasagi unit 6 consists of a Kasagi top plate 6a mainly made of an aluminum plate, etc., and a piece-shaped Kasagi receiving plate 6b made of a steel plate or the like superimposed on the lower surface of the Kasagi top plate 6a. A draining frame portion 24 having a substantially concave cross section is formed by continuous bending. The Kasagi top plate 6a is overlapped with the Kasagi receiving plate 6b, and both widthwise ends of the Kasagi receiving plate 6b are bent into an L-shape. A Kasagi top plate 6a is attached to one of the connecting pieces 6c and 6d which are integrally formed.
One end is fixed with a screw 6g, and the other end of the Kasagi top plate 6a is engaged with the other connecting piece 6d to integrally connect the Kasagi top plate 6a and the Kasagi receiving plate 6b, and Another connecting piece 6 is installed in the longitudinal direction of the back surface of the Kasagi receiving plate 6b.
A Kasagi unit 6 is manufactured by integrally welding the reinforcing rib 6f and the Kasagi unit 6, and the Kasagi unit 6 is mounted on the Kasagi mounting member 4 which has been fixed in a predetermined position in advance. The two connecting pieces 6e are connected to the mounting pieces 4b, 4 of the Kasagi mounting member 4.
c to accurately locate the mounting position of the Kasagi unit 6. In this state, both parts are welded together, and as appropriate, mortar 7 is filled between the reinforcing rib 6f and the Kasagi mounting member 4, and the old Kasagi unit 6 is This provides strong support for the Kasagi portion 3. In addition, on the outer surface of the building frame A, foundation studs 8 are driven into the old exterior wall material 1, and support bases 9, which are angle-shaped support hardware, are installed at as many locations as required, and the support bases 9 are installed between the support bases 9. A support frame 10 serving as a vertical support hardware is constructed and welded, and a horizontal support frame 11 is also constructed and welded between the vertical support frames 10, whereby the outer surface of the old exterior wall material 1 is Support frame frames 10 and 11 for extending external wall materials are arranged and fixed in a grid pattern in the vertical and horizontal directions. On the other hand, inside the window opening 12 of the building base A, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the main body 13 of the old window frame is cut off an unnecessary protruding part, and the base is removed. A part remains on the concrete wall, and the upper frame 1 of this old frame main body 13
3a and a support member 14 (not shown) on the side frame.
One end of the support member 14 is welded, the other end of the support member 14 is made to protrude outward from the building frame A from the window opening 12, a connecting member 15 is welded to the protruding end, and this connecting member 15 is further supported vertically. It is welded and fixed to the bone frame 10. Also, one end of the support member 16 is welded to the lower frame 13b of the old frame main body 13 (FIG. 5), and the other end of the support member 16 is made to protrude outward from the window opening 12 and attached to this protruding end. An inverted L-shaped reinforcing member 17 is welded. Furthermore, the reinforcing member 17 is welded to the vertical support frame 10 below the window opening 12, and the receiving member 18 is attached to this reinforcing member 17. Reference numeral 19 denotes a newly installed aluminum window frame, and the window frame 19 has hook-shaped protrusions 20a, 20a (Fig. 4) facing each other at the anchor portion thereof, and the upper part except for the lower frame 19b. In the frame 19a and the side frame, the anchor auxiliary hardware 21 is attached to the locking hook-shaped protrusions 20a, 20a using its forked holding pieces 21a, 21a, and from this state, the window frame 19 is attached to the old outer wall. Upper and lower support frame frames 10, 11, 1 located outside the material 1 and sandwiching the window opening 12;
The lower frame 19b of this new window frame 19 is screwed to the receiving member 18, and the upper frame 19a and side frame are attached to the anchor fittings 21. It is fixed by a mounting fitting 22 welded across the connecting member 15. Even if the window frame 19 is placed outside the old exterior wall material 1 in this way, the connecting member 15 and the receiving member 18
is fixed to the support frame 10 and the support member 1
Since it is connected to the old window frame 13 by 4 and 16, there is no need to worry about its strength. Next, as shown in FIG. 4, a drain plate 23a is installed across the upper frame 19a of the new window frame 19 and the horizontal supporting frame 11, and as shown in FIG. Attach the draining plate 23b to the lower frame 19b. However, the above-mentioned vertical and horizontal supporting frame frames 10 and 11
Apply new exterior wall material 2 to the outside using
Required parts of this exterior wall material 2 are fixed to the horizontal support framework 11 with screws, thereby creating a space outside the old exterior wall material 1 with a support base 9 and vertical and horizontal support frameworks 10 and 11. Then, the new exterior wall material 2 is installed.
The uppermost end of this new exterior wall material 2 is covered so as to protrude into the draining frame 24 formed on the above-mentioned Kasagi unit 6, and in this draining frame 24, the Kasagi unit 6 and the uppermost end of the exterior wall material 2 are connected. are watertightly connected by a sealing material 27. Note that the window opening 12
Directly below the recess 2 provided in the draining plate 23b
The upper end of the new outer wall material 2 is inserted into the hole 5, and the sealing material is used to connect the new outer wall material 2 in a water-tight manner. This allows the space between the old exterior wall material 1 and the new exterior wall material 2 to be
a and the drain plate 23 respectively.
Also, within the window opening 12, the frame main body 1 of the old window frame
3. Attach the tray plates 26a, 26b between the new window frame 19 and the indoor side of the window opening 12 so as to cover the supporting members 14, 16, the connecting member 15, the receiving member 18, etc. to improve the appearance. Improve your appearance.
