    に配置されるシンクロナイザリングとを備え、該
    シンクロナイザリングの摩擦円錐面には、周方向
    に油溝が形成されていると共に、軸方向の適宜個
    所には油逃げ溝が形成されている歯車変速機の同
    期装置において、 前記シンクロナイザリングに、前記油逃げ溝に
    連通する放射状の排出油路に設けたことを特徴と
