The unique feature of the static electricity neutralizing paper of the present invention is that, as mentioned above, it contains specific fibers such as short carbon fibers, short synthetic fibers, and wood pulp, and has a half-life of 5 seconds or less. The electrostatic property is that the frictional charging voltage is 40V or less. If the short fiber content of carbon m fibers is less than 3% by hair volume, the desired electrostatic properties cannot be obtained;
If it exceeds Rg%, the electrostatic property improvement effect is saturated and the manufacturing cost increases. The short fiber content of carbon m fiber is 5
-10 weight Φ% is more preferable.

The width of synthetic m-fiber short fibers is that! It is preferable that the fiber fineness is 1 to 5 d, the fiber length is 3 to 6 mm, and that the material is not crimped. If the m-fiber length exceeds 61 or has crimps, the fibers will become entangled, resulting in poor dispersion and poor papermaking, so it is not preferable, and if the m-fiber length is less than 3 mm, the strength of the paper will deteriorate. (Effects of the invention) As mentioned above, static electricity neutralizing paper, which has yet to be invented, can be obtained by limiting the blending amounts of short carbon fibers, short fibers of synthetic fibers, and wood pulp to a specific range, and making the paper uniformly. It has electrostatic properties with a half-life of 5 seconds or less and a frictional charging voltage of 40V or less, and is extremely useful as static electricity neutralizing paper for various types of static electricity prevention IF. The effect of the present invention is that the island component of the antistatic polymer in which carbon black is uniformly dispersed in the synthetic polymer in the metal plating such as copper sulfide and the sea component is distributed in the direction of the fiber axis. This cannot be achieved by using conductive fibers with a striated, dispersed structure or fibers with a core-sheath double-ton structure in which carbon is inserted into the core.
