- 排ガスダクトにアルカリ性粉体の供給管を接続
し、後段に集じん器を備えた有害ガス除去装置に
おいて、排ガスダクト内に多孔オリフイスを有す
る拡散板を設けたことを特徴とする有害ガス除去
装置。
