の高さはハウジング本体高さの凡そ半分程度で且
つ下端縁とハウジング本体内壁面との間には適当
間隔に透孔或はスリツトの穿設された仕切板が設
けてあることを特徴としたバツグフイルター装置
。 (2) バツフルプレートの上端縁に気体の流入通
路側へ向けて逆Ｌ字状のフランジを形成するのほ
か、同内壁面に一定角度の下向きに形成した複数
の傾斜板が取付けてあることを特徴とした実用新
