パイプ状のスペーサをインシユレータ・ダツシユ
の取付穴に挿通させるとともに、円板状のヘツド
フランジ部と、このフランジ部中央から突設形成
した取付用脚片とからなる樹脂クリツプの脚片を
前記スペーサの内周面に圧入係合させ、ヘツドフ
ランジ部によりインシユレータ・ダツシユの取付
穴周辺を圧着保持するようにしたことを特徴とす
