Claims (1)
- Ｘ，Ｙ，Ｚの各方向に変位する各１対の平行バ
ネをＸ，Ｙ方向に中心対称配置した十字形平行板
バネ組体からなるＸ，Ｙ，Ｚ軸方向の各軸方向力
成分検出用ｘｙｚモジユールと、Ｚ軸に平行な面
を有する板バネを中心から放射状に設けたＺ軸廻
りのモーメント成分検出用γモジユールと、Ｘ，
Ｙ方向の十字形状板バネにより構成した十字バネ
からなるＸ軸およびＹ軸廻りのモーメント成分検
出用αβモジユールとを各モジユールの中心をＺ
軸に沿つた中心軸に一致させて結合し、前記αβ
モジユールの中心に検出すべき力を作用させるた
めの作用部材を設けた６軸成分検出用力検出装置
において、前記αβモジユールの十字バネの作用
部材取付面の反対側の面に剛体板を対面させて設
け、該剛体板の中心部に突起を設け、該突起が揺
動可能に当接する凹所からなる十字バネのＺ軸方
向変位防止用突起受けを前記十字バネ中心部に固
定したことを特徴とする力検出装置。
