Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 回転軸側に気密的に担持した回転側密封要
素とフランジ側に気密的に担持した固定側密封要
素を軸方向に圧接すると共に密接摺動して成るメ
カニカルシールにおいて、上記固定側密封要素の
背面部に流体を充填したベローズを設け、該ベロ
ーズを介して固定側密封要素の軸方向をフランジ
に対して担持する構造としたことを特徴とするメ
カニカルシール。 (2) 前記ベローズに充填した流体が、単一流体
か又は複数流体の混合になり、充満或は非充満状
態になることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載のメカニカルシール。
