BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, metal tiled stick enclosures have been constructed as roofs or walls. As shown in Fig. 12, the cross-sectional structure of the connection point of the master bar of this tile stick roofing outer enclosure is such that the hanging edge of the cap material is flattened on the horizontal edge a of the construction board. It is folded back and crimped. If this type of crimping is not performed strongly, a small gap will often be formed between the edge a and the hanging edge where capillary action will occur, allowing rainwater to easily seep into the interior. There was a drawback.

In addition, in order to fold and crimp the sheet into a flat shape, especially when the plate pressure is increased, a large amount of force is required, which causes significant fatigue with manual crimping machines, and even with mechanical crimping machines, work efficiency is poor. There were problems such as low efficiency. In addition, there is a construction board with a hanging edge below the inner end of the edge a,
There is also a method in which this edge a is tightened by covering it with cassob material, but the tightening construction is extremely troublesome.

Therefore, as a means for covering the gear lubricant, a fitting method has been developed to simplify the construction process, instead of using a fastening process.

This is a material in which the cap material for the mating area is fitted to the mating part of the joint between adjacent building boards with elasticity or a john material interposed, which improves workability and watertightness. It has features such as good fit and secure fit. however,
The process of attaching the cushioning material to the designated locations on the construction board increases the number of manufacturing steps, and during shipping, transportation, and construction of the construction board, the cushioning material may fall off or be damaged, so care must be taken. It had to be handled with care, which led to a reduction in work efficiency.

Therefore, as a result of intensive research to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor has developed the present invention by forming rising portions on both sides of the main plate, and forming a chevron-shaped bent portion and a valley inward from the upper ends of both rising portions. A construction board is formed by forming continuous bent portions, forming substantially vertical side portions from both valley-shaped bent portions, and forming resilient top pieces outward from the upper ends of both side portions. , the above-mentioned construction board and a hanger with locking folded pieces provided outwardly from the upper ends of both sides of the U-shaped portion are placed alternately on the structural material, and the chevron-shaped bent portion of the construction board is engaged with the hanger. The hanger is fixed to the stop and turn back piece, the hanger is fixed on the structural material, and hanging parts are integrally formed from both outer ends of the upper surface part,
A cap material having a fitting folded edge formed inwardly from both lower ends is coated on the resilient top piece of the adjacent construction board,
The fitting folded edge of the cap material is fitted and fixed to the valley-shaped bent part of the architectural board to create a fitting tile stick outer enclosure, which makes construction easier and faster, and achieves watertightness and 1 strength. It is also possible to solve the above-mentioned problems and to adjust material dimensional errors.

As shown in FIG. 8, the cap material B is located above the top pieces 6, 6 that are attached to the adjacent construction boards, and the cap material B is located above the top pieces 6, 6 that are attached to the adjacent construction boards, and the cap material B is located above the top pieces 6, 6 that are attached to the adjacent building boards.
While opening outward, fit it onto the resilient top piece 6°6, and further press the cap material B, as shown in Fig. 9.
The tips of the fitting folded edges 9.9 elastically ride over the valley-shaped bent portion 4.4, and the fitting folded edges 9,9 fit into the valley-shaped bent portion 4.4. At this time, the resilient top pieces 6, 6 constantly pressurize the upper surface 7 of the cap material B upward, and therefore, the fitting folded edge 9 permanently presses the valley-shaped bent portion 4. It is in a pressed state □.

What is shown in FIG. 11 is a case where the width of the bottom part of the hanger C and the top part 7 of the cap material B are made extremely wide to be equal to the width of the main board 1 of the building board A. By doing so, the external appearance of the enclosure becomes that of a roof or wall with continuous irregularities of approximately constant width, giving it an aesthetically different atmosphere from that of the outer enclosure with tile and stick roofing.

In the present invention, rising portions 2°2 are formed on both sides of the earthen plate 1, and a chevron-shaped bent portion 3.3 and a valley-shaped bent portion 4.4 are continuous inwardly from the upper ends of both rising portions 2, 2. A substantially vertical side portion 5.5 is formed from both valley-shaped bent portions 4, 4, and a top piece 6□6 springs outward from the upper end of both side portions 5, 5.
are respectively formed to form a construction board A, and hangers C provided with locking folded pieces 11 and 11 outward from both upper ends of the U-shaped portion 10 and the construction board are alternately placed on the structural material 12. The chevron-shaped bent part 3 of the construction board A is locked to the locking folded piece 11 of the hanger C, and the hanger C is fixed on the structural member 12, and from both outer ends of the upper surface part 7. A cap material B in which the hanging portions 8, 8 are integrally formed and a fitting folded edge 9°9 is formed inward from the lower end of the cap material.
Cover the resilient top pieces 6.6 of the adjacent architectural boards A, A, and fit the fitting folded edges 9.9 of the cap material B into the valley-shaped bent portions 4.4 of the architectural boards. By creating an outer enclosure made of tile rods for fitting and fixed together, firstly, it can be constructed extremely easily and quickly, and secondly, no cushioning material is required when fitting the capping material B. Thirdly, it allows for good rain protection, fourthly, it is structurally strong, and fifthly,
It has many functions and effects, such as being able to adjust the dimensions of the material.

In this way, a particularly large amount of force is required to perform the clamping and crimping, so it is extremely difficult and troublesome to perform it manually, and the construction efficiency is also poor. On the other hand, even if construction is carried out mechanically, the machine itself is large and heavy, so construction efficiency cannot be greatly improved. Also, for rain protection, use the cap material and the edge of the construction board! Because of the structure in which capillary phenomenon is likely to occur between ia and a, there was a concern that rainwater and the like would infiltrate. As a solution to this problem, there is a structure in which the cap material is fitted into the construction board using a cushioning material at the connection point between the cap material and the building board. Due to the cushioning material, the capping material fitted onto the connecting portion of the adjacent building boards is resiliently pressed upward, and a reliable fit is achieved. This structure improves workability and makes it watertight.

However, when fitting the cap material, a cushioning material is interposed between the capping material and the construction board, which increases the construction process and becomes troublesome, and the cushioning material also requires long-term use. This often causes problems such as deterioration of elasticity and causing the cap material to loosen.

Furthermore, when the cap material B is pressed against the connection point between the adjacent building boards A, A, the pressure is stopped when the tip of the fitting folded edge 9 has passed over the lower end of the valley-shaped bent part 4 to the building board. When released, the fitting folded edge 9 of the cap material B is fitted into the valley-shaped bent portion 4 of the building board A by the elasticity of the elastic top piece 6.

These constructions can actually be done instantly. In this case, even if the thickness of the cap material B is thick, it can be easily fitted, unlike when tightening. Further, due to the elasticity of the elastic top piece 6, it is difficult to loosen due to wind pressure, vibration, etc., and the snapping phenomenon can be minimized, and the fitting portion is difficult to come off.

Further, unlike cushioning materials, the elasticity does not gradually decrease, and the resilient top piece 6 allows the capping material B to permanently maintain a secure fit. □As mentioned above, in the present invention, the resilient top piece 6 is integrally provided on the architectural board A,
By eliminating the need for cushioning material, the drawbacks of cushioning material can be eliminated and only its advantages can be utilized.

In the present invention, the resilient top piece 6 always presses the top surface 7 of the cap material B upward, and at this time, only the vicinity of the tip of the resilient top piece 6 is in contact with the top surface 7. Therefore, a gap is inevitably formed between the architectural board A and the capping material B, which prevents the infiltration of rainwater etc. due to capillary action and prevents the four bodies outside the mating tile rod roofing from raining. It has the effect of making it extremely good.

At the connection point, architectural board A, cap material B, and hanger C each have a shape with a large section modulus, and when they lock and fit together, the overall section modulus becomes extremely large. , it is possible to provide a strong tile-rod roofing enclosure for fitting. In particular, the cap material B, the hanger C, and the 2.2 rising portions of the building board A form a substantially rectangular section (tilt section), which has a large section modulus and can be made extremely strong.

By the way, the band-shaped standard material that is the base material for forming conventional architectural boards has a tolerance dimension on the plus side, and the width of the standard material metal plate is adjusted to the width without error using a slifter. It was then cut into pieces and roll-formed into the desired architectural board. In this regard, in the present invention, cutting is not performed with a sliver,
Even if the width of the standard material is wide within the allowable range, the resilient top piece 6 will only be formed a little longer, and the fitting of the cap material B will not be affected. Furthermore, the edges of the standard material are subjected to better anti-corrosion treatment than other parts, and as a result, the architectural board A itself, which is a component of the present invention, is superior in terms of anti-corrosion. Can be done.

Note that if a concave strip 6a is formed at the center of the resilient top piece 6 in the width direction, the sealing material 15 can be accommodated, as shown in FIG. 10, and watertightness can be significantly improved. In addition, if the bent edge 9a is integrally formed on the fitting folded edge 9 of the cap material B, the rising portion 2, the chevron-shaped bent portion 3 to the construction board, and the bent edge 9a can be used as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. As shown in FIG. 2, a void portion is formed, and the above-mentioned structure acts synergistically to double prevent the infiltration of rainwater or the like due to capillary action.
