Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality laminated molded material which prevents generation of voids and is precise in registration of both first and second molded materials, by performing polymerization joining of both the molded materials under vacuum suction in succession to compression molding of both the molded materials. CONSTITUTION:Generation of voids in first and second molded materials m1, m2 is prevented by so constituting the titled manufacture that air is not involved into flowing molding materials COM1, COM2 by applying vacuum suction to cavities c1, c2 by actuating a vacuum pump 24 at the time of compression molding. A directional control valve 27 is changed over to a blower 28 side by suspending actuation of the vacuum pump 24, a mold clamping state is maintained until both the molded materials m1, m2 become semi-cured, pressurized air is injected into the cavities c1, c2 through an airtight chamber 22 and each of air vent holes 26 of an intermediate mold 13 and the first and second molded materials m1, m2 are released from the intermediate mold 13 by this pressing action. Both the molded materials m1, m2 are made to polymerize precisely and high-quality laminated molded product having no generation of voids is obtained by performing clamping of top and bottom froces 11, 12, again after separation of the intermediate mold 13 within a guide frame 11.

B8 Structure of the Invention (Means for Solving Problems 11) The method for producing a synthetic resin laminate molded product according to the present invention is a method for producing a synthetic resin laminate molded product made of fiber-reinforced synthetic resin comprising first and second molded products that are polymerized and joined to each other. In producing a laminate molded product, a compression mold consisting of a first mold, a second mold facing the first mold, and an intermediate mold existing between the two molds is closed, and the first mold and the intermediate mold are closed. vacuum suction is applied between the first mold and the intermediate mold, and between the second mold and the intermediate mold, respectively, so that the first mold is in a semi-cured state.
and a step of simultaneously compression molding the second molded body; opening the compression mold with the first and second molded bodies attached to the first and second molds, respectively, and molding the intermediate mold. separating the first and second molded bodies from between the first and second molds to face each other; closing the first and second molds to polymerize the first and second molded bodies with each other; The method is characterized by using the following steps: joining in a state in which the materials are bonded and completely curing the materials.

Furthermore, the apparatus for manufacturing a synthetic resin laminate molded article according to the present invention includes:
A manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced synthetic resin laminate molded body consisting of first and second molded bodies that are joined together by polymerization, the first and second molds being able to move toward and away from each other; A compression molding mold consisting of an intermediate mold that can be located between a first mold and a second mold, and a first cavity for compression molding the first molded body is provided on both opposing surfaces of the first mold and the intermediate mold. Further, a second cavity for compression molding the second molded body is provided on both opposing surfaces of the second mold and the intermediate mold,
During compression molding of the first and second molded bodies, the intermediate mold is inserted between the first and second molds to polymerize the first and second molds and the intermediate mold to form a closed mold; Said first
and the intermediate mold is movable so that the intermediate mold can separate from between the first and second molds and polymerize the first and second molds to form a closed mold during polymerization and joining of the second molded body. The intermediate mold is provided with a vacuum suction mechanism for applying vacuum suction between the first mold and the intermediate mold and between the second mold and the intermediate mold, especially for compression molding of the first and second molded bodies, The present invention is characterized by comprising first and second attachment mechanisms capable of attaching the first and second molded bodies to the first and second dies, respectively, after compression molding.

(2) Effect According to the above manufacturing method, 1. Since the image molded body is polymerized and bonded subsequent to the compression molding of the second molded body, it is possible to reduce the number of manufacturing steps for the laminate molded body and improve mass productivity. In addition, since the image molded bodies are molded by compression molding under vacuum suction, the generation of pores in these molded bodies is prevented, and then the molded bodies are polymerized and bonded while being attached to the first and second molds, respectively. It is possible to accurately determine the positions of the image molded bodies without aligning them, thereby obtaining a high quality laminate molded body.

C0 Effects of the Invention According to the manufacturing method according to the present invention, first. Since the image molded body is polymerized and bonded subsequent to the compression molding of the second molded body, it is possible to reduce the number of manufacturing steps for the laminate molded body and improve mass productivity. In addition, since the image molded bodies are formed by compression molding under vacuum suction, the generation of pores in these molded bodies is prevented, and then the molded bodies are firstly molded. Since the adhesives are polymerized and bonded while being attached to the second mold, their positions can be determined accurately without the need for alignment of the image moldings, thereby making it possible to obtain a high-quality laminate molding.

Further, according to the manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention, the first and second molded bodies are molded using one compression molding mold, and the compression molding mold is also used for polymerization and bonding of the image molded bodies, and the first and second molded bodies are Since the intermediate mold is provided with a vacuum suction mechanism that performs vacuum suction between the mold and the intermediate mold and between the second mold and the intermediate mold, a dedicated molding device for each molded object and a joining device for the image molded objects are not required. Only one vacuum suction mechanism is required, which simplifies the configuration of the device and reduces its manufacturing cost. Moreover, the space occupied by the device can be reduced and the space within the factory can be used effectively.
