Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a cut-inducing part of thin thickness on a synthetic resin molding by placing the synthetic resin molding on a projection of a supporting jig and by diving a vibration on it by means of an ultrasonic horn. CONSTITUTION:A cut-inducing part 16 is formed of a supporting jig and an ultrasonic horn. A projection 19 is formed on the position of the supporting jig 17 corresponding to the cut-inducing part 16. A ring-shaped convex part 13 of a cover 12 is placed on the supporting jig 17 having the projection 19 and ultrasonic vibration is given to it from upward position by means of the ultrasonic horn 18 to melt a part of the lower surface of the ring-shaped convex part 13 of the cover 12 by means of the projection 19 of the supporting jig 17 and to form the cut-inducing part 16 of thin thickness. In case of opening the container, a force is applied on a notch 15 and the cover 12 is broken along the cut-inducing part 14. It is thereby possible to open the upper opening 11 of the container 10 as the cover 12 is broken at the ring-shaped convex part 13. The tearing stability of the cover is therefore good and no trouble occurs for opening the container.

For example, when various foods and drinks are supplied using a simple cup-shaped container, the upper opening of the simple container must be closed with a tray. If such a cover is simply attached to close the upper opening, there is a possibility that the cover may be opened during the distribution stage, and there is a risk that foreign matter may enter the interior. Therefore, with regard to such a cover, the outer edge of the cover is heated and bent inward so as to be engaged with the opening edge of the simple container. This prevents the lid from being removed easily. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, according to the conventional structure of the cover lid, since it cannot be easily removed, a cutting guide part is formed and the cover is placed along this cutting guide part. The lid was broken to open the package. A hot plate was used to form the cutting guide portion. However, forming the cutting guide portion using a hot plate has the disadvantage that the hot plate sticks to the cover after this processing. It has also been considered to form the cutting guiding portion with a cutter, but in this case, not only is a large force required, but additional cracks are likely to occur, resulting in trouble. The present invention has been made in view of these problems, and is intended to prevent troubles caused by adhesion to the hot plate after processing to form a cutting guide, and to eliminate the need for large forces for processing with a cutter. Alternatively, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method in which a cutting guide portion is stably formed without generating unnecessary cracks. Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a method for forming a thin cutting guide part in a synthetic resin molded body, and includes forming a protrusion corresponding to the cutting guide part on a receiving jig; The synthetic resin molded body is placed on this receiving jig, and vibration is applied from above with an ultrasonic horn so that a thin cutting guiding portion is formed in the synthetic resin molded body by the protrusion of the receiving jig in paragraph 114. It's ours. K Effect] Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to stably form a cutting guide portion corresponding to the protrusion of the receiving jig in a synthetic resin molded body by using an ultrasonic processing method. K Embodiment The present invention will be described below with reference to an illustrated embodiment. FIGS. 2 and 3 show a cup-shaped container 10 to which a cover provided with a cutting guide part formed by a method according to an embodiment of the present invention is attached, and this container 10 is made of synthetic resin. It consists of a body or a paper container, and is used to supply various foods or beverages such as frozen desserts. An opening 10 is formed in the upper part of the cup-shaped container 10, and a cover 12 is attached to close the opening 11. The cover 12 has a ring-shaped protrusion 13 on its outer circumferential side, and a recess inside the ring-shaped protrusion 13 receives the edge of the opening 11 of the cup-shaped container 10. Furthermore, a bent part 14 is formed at the tip of the cover 12, which is bent inward, so that the cover 12 remains engaged with the opening edge of the cup-shaped container 10 and can be easily removed. It cannot be removed. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, this cover 12 has
A notch 15 is formed in a part of the outer periphery, and a cut m4 portion 16 continuous with the notch 15 is formed on the lower surface of the ring-shaped protrusion 13 to extend in the circumferential direction. The cutting guide portion 16 is composed of a thin wall portion, and is formed by the method shown in FIG. In other words, cut it! The 7i guiding part 16 is formed by a receiving jig 17 and an ultrasonic horn 18, and the receiving jig 17 has a protrusion 19 formed at a position corresponding to the cutting guiding part 16. There is. Then, the ring-shaped protrusion 13 of the cover 12 is placed on the receiving jig 17 having the protrusion 19, and the ultrasonic horn 18 is placed from above.
When ultrasonic vibration is applied by
9 melts a portion of the lower surface of the ring-shaped protrusion 13 of the cover 12, forming a thin cutting guiding portion 16. Therefore, when opening the cover 12, as shown in FIG. . As a result, the ring-shaped protrusion 13 of the cover 12
This causes the container 10 to break at the
is disengaged from the opening edge, and the upper opening 11 of the container 10 becomes visible. This therefore makes it possible to take out the food inside the cup-shaped container 10. In this way, the cutting guide portion 16 of the covering M12 according to this embodiment
According to the forming method, it is not necessary to apply a large pressing force to form the cutting guide portion 16, and no additional cracks will occur due to this. Furthermore, since no hot plate is used, troubles associated with welding between the hot plate and the cover can be prevented. In addition, since the cutting guide part 16 is formed using the protrusion 19 of the receiving jig 17 during ultrasonic processing, the shape of the cutting guide part 16 becomes the same shape as Mei Samurai, allowing stable cutting of thin walls. It becomes possible to form the guiding portion 16. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, tearability is stable when cutting the cutting guide portion 16 for opening, and troubles associated with opening the package are eliminated. Although the present invention has been described above with reference to the illustrated embodiment, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made based on the technical idea of the present invention. For example, although the above embodiment relates to a method for forming a cut 117i guiding portion of a cover lid, the present invention can be used for forming cutting guiding portions of various other articles. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention forms a protrusion corresponding to a cutting guide part on a receiving jig, and also forms a synthetic resin I on this receiving jig.
In J), a molded body is placed, vibration is applied from above by an ultrasonic bone, and a thin cutting guide portion is formed in the synthetic resin molded body by the protrusion of the receiving jig. Therefore, with such a structure, it is possible to form a cutting guide portion that can stably perform cutting.
