複数の磁極歯が形成された固定子と、磁性材に前
記固定子の磁極歯を有する面に近接対向し且つ前
記磁極歯との組み合わせにより所望のステツプピ
ツチを得るように複数の磁極歯が形成されると共
に、前記固定子の磁極歯との磁気的カツプリング
により力を発生するように永久磁石を装着した可
動子と、前記可動子に巻装された励磁コイルと、
前記可動子と前記固定子とを一定の間隙に維持し
ながら可動子の移動に伴つて固定子上に移動する
軸受機構とにより構成されるリニアパルスモータ
において、固定子表面のうち少なくとも前記軸受
機構との接触面に高硬度部材を装着したことを特
徴とするリニアパルスモータ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載のリ
ニアパルスモータにおいて、前記軸受け機構が高
硬度部材よりなることを特徴とするリニアパルス
