歯部と同一ピツチで、1/4ピツチずつのずれを有
する歯部を形成した一次側磁極面を2個ずつ2列
に一定のギヤツプを有して対向させ、各列の磁極
面は、互いに反対方向で、磁極面と平行方向に延
びる磁路形成用鉄心にて連結し、各鉄心には励磁
コイルを装着した薄形リニアパルスモータにおい
て、一次側の各磁極に対して装着される永久磁石
と励磁コイルとを並列に配置し、各永久磁石の磁
界を励磁コイルの励磁によつて生じる起磁力によ
り交互に増減するようにしたことを特徴とする薄
