パルスモータにおいて、前記スライダは、磁極配
置をそれぞれ1/4ピツチずらし表面側と裏面側
を反対に向い合せて配置した第1および第2の磁
極鉄心と、前記各磁極鉄心の間に挾まれ表裏方向
に着磁された永久磁石とから構成したことを特徴
とするリニアパルスモータ。 (2) 前記永久磁石は、希土類磁石または希土類
プラスチツク磁石等の高エネルギー磁石材で成形
した実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のリニア
パルスモータ。 (3) 前記永久磁石は、横断面がコの字形形状で
ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のリニア
パルスモータ。 (4) 前記永久磁石は、縦断面がT字形形状であ
