Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 筒状カーボン・ヒーターとこれを被加熱材
通孔を残して包む断熱部と該断熱部を取り囲み、
上下に被加熱材通孔を有するケーシングより形成
され、炉外より前記筒状カーボン・ヒーター内側
に被加熱材を通すように形成した同芯柱状加熱炉
において、前記断熱部の底部とケーシング下蓋に
よつて形成される隙間をリングによつて密封し、
前記断熱部とケーシングの間に形成した隙間及び
断熱部内部をＮ２ガス流路として、下蓋の中心か
らはずれた位置に設けたガス供給口よりＮ２ガス
を供給し、下蓋の被加熱材通孔より前記ガスを排
出するように構成した同芯柱状の加熱炉。 (2) ガイドにより区かくされたガス流路を備え
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の加熱炉。
