と、該受部材の下方に油の平均加熱が可能な間隔
で配設し、外周面に遠赤外線放射材料の被覆を施
した複数の加熱筒と、該加熱筒の中に収容した電
気ヒーターと、前記した油槽の揚物をする部分の
油の温度を制御させる制御手段とを備えさせたこ
とを特徴とする電気式遠赤外線中間加熱フライヤ

槽中間部の加熱筒より上部に、サーモセンサーを
設け前記電気ヒーターを自動的に制御した事を特
