ースの底面に設けた蒸気通過部材と、該蒸気通過
部材に相対向して蒸気吐出穴を設けた載置板とを
有し、該載置板は上記蒸気加熱ケースに固定され
、上記載置板より上部の上記蒸気加熱ケース面に
蒸気排出穴を設けたことを特徴とする蒸気加熱調
理装置。 (2) 上記載置板には上記食品収納ケースの側面
に相対向してのびた対の案内板が設けられている
