Claims (1)
- 互いに交叉する電極指をそれぞれ有する励振ト
ランスデユーサ及び受信トランスデユーサが圧電
性基板上に対向配置された表面波フイルタであつ
て、上記励振、受信各トランスデユーサの一方は
、そのトランスデユーサの表面波伝播軸の中央部
に空スペースが形成され、且つ、上記伝播軸に対
して対称となるように電極指の交叉部が形成され
ると共に、上記空スペースに前記各トランスデユ
ーサと電気的結合を持たない浮き電極部が形成さ
れていることを特徴とする表面波フイルタ。
