氷サイクルのために前記貯水タンク8に貯水され
る製氷水を供給するための水源とを備えた製氷機
において、 前記製氷水よりも温度の高い温水を収容する温
水源と、 前記温水源から導管15Aを介して送られてく
る温水を前記水皿4に散水するための散水用管と
、 前記導管15Aの途中に設けられた散水弁15
であつて、製氷運転から除氷運転に切替わつた後
に開弁されて前記温水源からの温水を前記導管及
び前記散水用管を介して前記水皿4の上面に散水
