し、且つピンホールを減少せしめ、磁性記録媒体
表面の平滑度向上に伴う装置の磨耗損失減少と共
にS/N比を改善することができることが知られ
ていた。

厚も10%薄く出来、欠陥のない緻密な磁性膜が形
成出来るので、デイスクノイズも本実施例におい
て10μVrmsから8μVrmsに減少し、磁気デイス
クの性能向上に多大の効果を得る。
