図において、１は炉本体、３ａ，３ｂ，３ｃは
電熱ヒータ（下面加熱手段）、８はラジアントチ
ユーブ（上面加熱装置）、１２は支持装置、２２
は敷鉄板（支持装置の上部）、Ｗは冷延鋼板（被
処理材）である。
