本考案は瘻孔を生じた患者や尿管皮膚瘻、回腸
導管を造設した患者が着用して体液や尿を排泄さ

や尿は採液袋の下部に貯留されるから、その貯留
容量には制限があり、排泄量が多い場合には頻繁
にドレーンコツクを操作しなければならず、また
体液、尿の貯留量が増加するにしたがつて採液袋
全体の重さは増加するから、特に術直後の患者が
着用するとストーマに大きな圧力がかかり、患者
に苦痛を与えることになる。また従来の採液袋は
2枚の薄いプラスチツクフイルムを重ね周縁部を
溶着して形成してあるため、使用中袋がねじれた
り、両フイルムの面がくつついたりしやすく、そ
こで体液や尿が貯留して下方に流れ落ちなくなる
欠点を持つている。また従来の採液袋は半透明に
してストーマ部が見えるようにし装着しやすいよ
うにはなつているが、ストーマ部を子細に観察し
たり、ストーマにカテーテルを挿入して使用する
ことは不可能である。

を接合した状態で第1のプラスチツクフイルム1
より有効面積が大きいためたるみ10を有し、し
たがつて第2のプラスチツクフイルム7は第1の
プラスチツクフイルム1より常に浮いた位置にあ
る。また第2のプラスチツクフイルム7はストー
マ用開口2,5とほぼ対向する位置に開口11を
有し、この開口11にはそれを塞ぐキヤツプ12
が設けられている。キヤツプ12は第2のプラス
チツクフイルム7に固定したベース部13とそれ
