Body fluids and urine excreted by patients who have developed a fistula or who have a ureterocutaneous fistula or ileal conduit created due to impaired bladder function are collected in a collection bag attached to the patient's stoma. The conventional method is to temporarily store the liquid in the lower part, which is bordered by a check valve, and then drain it to the outside by opening the drain of the liquid collection bag as appropriate. In this case, excreted body fluids and urine are stored at the bottom of the collection bag, so the storage capacity is limited, and if there is a large amount of excretion, the drain must be operated frequently, and the body fluids and urine As the amount of urine stored increases, the weight of the entire liquid collection bag increases, so if the bag is worn by a patient immediately after surgery, a large amount of pressure will be applied to the stoma, causing pain to the patient. Additionally, because conventional fluid collection bags are made by stacking two thin plastic films and welding the edges together, the bag tends to twist during use or the sides of both films get pinched, causing body fluids and urine to accumulate. It has the disadvantage of not flowing downward. In addition, conventional fluid collection bags are made translucent so that the stoma can be seen and are easier to wear, but it is impossible to observe the stoma in detail or use it by inserting a catheter into the stoma. It is.

The problems that this invention aims to solve are that it does not cause pain to the patient after surgery, that the flow of body fluids and urine is not obstructed by the bag twisting or the bag surfaces touching each other, and that the stoma To obtain a drainage tube which allows easy observation of the part of the body and which can be used by inserting a catheter into a stoma as necessary.

According to the present invention, the above-mentioned problem can be solved by joining the peripheral edges of two plastic films to each other with a part of the discharge pipe in between, providing an opening for the stoma in the first plastic film, and forming an opening in the second plastic film. This can be solved by providing a capped opening opposite to the stoma opening, and by allowing one of the plastic films to have slack in the bonded state.

In the present invention, since one plastic film has slack, this plastic film is suspended from the other plastic film, and a distance is always maintained between the two films, which has high resistance to twisting. Moreover, the two films do not touch each other. Further, the bag-shaped portion formed by both films only drains excreted body fluids and urine, and the body fluids and urine are stored in a drainage bag of any size connected to the discharge pipe. Observation of the stoma or insertion of a catheter into the stoma is performed with the cap removed.

Figures 1 and 2 are a front view and a vertical side view of the embodiment of the present invention, respectively, and Figure 3 is the same as that shown in Figure 1.
FIG. In the figure, 1 is the first
Both stoma openings are formed on the polyethylene film 4 of the skin contact part 6, which is made of a laminate of a skin protector 3 and a polyethylene film 4 and has a stoma opening 5 in the center. 2 and 5 are fixed so as to face each other. 7 is a second plastic film, which is connected to the first plastic film 1 and has a discharge pipe 8 at its lower end.
The peripheral edges 9 are joined together to form a bag-like shape. The second plastic film 7 is attached to the first plastic film 1 with both films bonded together.
Since it has a larger effective area, it has a slack 10, so that the second plastic film 7 is always in a higher position than the first plastic film 1. Further, the second plastic film 7 has an opening 11 at a position substantially opposite to the stoma openings 2 and 5, and this opening 11 has a cap 12 to close it.
is provided. The cap 12 is formed from a base part 13 fixed to the second plastic film 7, a closing part 14 fitted thereto, and a hinge part 15 connecting the two parts.

In FIG. 4, first, the first plastic film 1 is spread out and placed on one end of the first plastic film 1 so that one end of the discharge pipe 8 is slightly overlapped with the first plastic film 1. Next, a second plastic film 7 is placed on top of the first plastic film 1 so that its periphery is almost aligned with the first plastic film 1. Also, the discharge pipe 8
A rod 16 is inserted inside, and the tip of the rod 16 is overlapped with the 2
The plastic films 1 and 7 are made to protrude between the sheets. By suitably selecting the protruding length of this rod, the second plastic film 7 can be lifted in the middle. While maintaining this state, the peripheral edges 9 of both plastic films 1 and 7 and the discharge pipe 8 are joined together by means such as high frequency welding. As a result, the second plastic film 7 is in a different position (indicated by a broken line 17 in the figure) when the two films are joined without inserting the rod 16 into the discharge pipe 8, and the first plastic film 7 is
The plastic film 1 has a larger effective area than the first plastic film 1, and is bonded to the first plastic film 1 with some slack. Even if the rod 16 is removed from the discharge pipe 8 after the joining is completed, the slack of the second plastic film 7 is maintained as it is.

When using the drainage tube with a cap of the present invention, the skin-contacting part 6 is fixed to the patient's body using the adhesive function of the skin protector 3 so that the stoma opening 5 is located at the stoma. The closing part 14 of the cap 12 is fitted to the base part 13, and the discharge pipe 8 is closed.
A drainage bag may be connected to the stoma, and body fluids and urine discharged from the stoma are led out through the stoma openings 5 and 2 into the bag formed by both plastic films 1 and 7, and then passed through the drainage tube 8. The liquid is stored in the drainage bag. When observing the condition of the stoma or inserting a catheter into the stoma, the closure part 14 of the cap 12 can be removed from the base part 13.
