Body fluids and urine excreted by patients who have developed a fistula or who have a ureterocutaneous fistula or ileal conduit created due to impaired bladder function are collected in a collection bag attached to the patient's stoma. The conventional method is to temporarily store the liquid in the lower part bounded by the upper check valve, and then drain it to the outside by opening the drain of the liquid collection bag as appropriate. In this case, excreted body fluids and urine are stored at the bottom of the collection bag, so the storage capacity is limited, and if there is a large amount of excretion, the drain must be operated frequently, and the body fluids and urine As the amount of urine stored increases, the weight of the entire liquid collection bag increases, so if the bag is worn by a patient immediately after surgery, a large amount of pressure will be applied to the stoma, causing pain to the patient. Additionally, because conventional fluid collection bags are made by stacking two thin plastic films and welding the edges together, the bag tends to twist during use or the sides of both films get pinched, causing body fluids and urine to accumulate. It has the disadvantage of not flowing downward.

The problems that this invention aims to solve are to provide a drainage system that does not cause pain to the postoperative patient and that does not obstruct the flow of body fluids and urine due to the bag being twisted or the sides of the bag touching each other. The purpose is to obtain a liquid tube.

According to the present invention, the above-mentioned problem can be solved by joining the peripheral edges of two plastic films to each other with a part of the discharge pipe in between, and providing an opening for the stoma in one of the plastic films. This can be solved by allowing both plastic films to have some slack when they are joined together.

In the present invention, since one plastic film has slack, this plastic film is suspended from the other plastic film, and a distance is always maintained between the two films, which has high resistance to twisting. Moreover, both films do not stick together. Further, the bag-shaped portion formed by both films only drains excreted body fluids and urine, and the body fluids and urine are stored in a drainage bag of any size connected to the discharge pipe.

Figures 1 and 2 are a front view and a vertical side view of the embodiment of the present invention, respectively, and Figure 3 is the same as that shown in Figure 1.
FIG. In the figure, 1 is an upper plastic film, and 2 is a lower plastic film. Both films 1 and 2 are joined at their peripheral edges 4 with a discharge pipe 3 in between at the lower end, forming a bag shape. The upper plastic film 1 has a slack 5 because it has a larger effective area than the lower plastic film 2 when both films are joined.
Therefore, the plastic film 1 is always at a higher position than the plastic film 2. The lower plastic film 2 is provided with a stoma opening 6. Reference numeral 7 denotes a skin-contacting part made of a laminate of a skin protector 8 and a polyethylene film 9, and is fixed to the plastic film 2 so that its stoma opening 10 faces the stoma opening 6 of the plastic film 2.

In FIG. 4, the lower plastic film 2 is first spread out, and one end of the discharge pipe 3 is placed on one end of the plastic film 2 so as to overlap it slightly. Next, the upper plastic film 1 is placed on top of the lower plastic film 2 so that the periphery thereof is almost aligned. Also, the discharge pipe 3
A rod 11 is inserted inside, and its tip is overlapped with 2.
Make it protrude between the plastic films 1 and 2. By appropriately selecting the protruding length of this rod 11, the upper plastic film 1 can be lifted at its center. While maintaining this state, the peripheral edges 4 of both plastic films 1 and 2 and the discharge pipe 3 are joined together by means such as high frequency welding. As a result, the upper plastic film 1 is removed from the discharge pipe 3.
Unlike the position when both films are joined without inserting the rod 11 (indicated by the broken line 12 in the figure),
It has a larger effective area than the lower plastic film 2 and is bonded to the lower plastic film 2 with some slack. Even when the rod 11 is removed from the discharge pipe 3 after the joining is completed, the slack of the upper plastic film 1 is maintained as it is.

When using the drainage tube of this invention,
The skin contact part 7 is fixed to the patient's body using the adhesive function of the skin protector 8 so that the stoma opening 10 is located at the stoma, and the drainage bag is connected to the drainage tube 3, and the fluid is drained from the stoma. The collected body fluids and urine are led out through the stoma openings 10 and 6 into a bag formed by both plastic films 1 and 2,
The liquid passes through the drain pipe 4 and is stored in the drain bag.

In the above embodiment, the slack was formed in the film on the opposite side of the plastic film provided with the stoma opening, that is, in the upper plastic film, but the slack was formed in the lower plastic film, that is, in the plastic film on the side provided with the stoma opening. may be formed.
