ることによつて対象物を挾圧保持可能なものであ
つて、ベツド上で摺動移動可能な一方の挾持板に
リードスクリユー軸を固定すると共に、同軸と同
心状態で回転可能シリンダチユーブを上記ベツド
上の所定位置に設け、更にこのシリンダチユーブ
の筒内に、同チユーブと一体回転可能であつてそ
の軸方向に若干の摺動移動が許容され且つ上記リ
ードスクリユー軸にねじ嵌合されるねじ筒体を設
けると共に、その奥部に、流体圧力によつて軸方
向に摺動可能であつて当該摺動移動によつて上記
ねじ筒体と共にリードスクリユー軸を突出可能な
ピストンを気密封止して構成した挾持部と、上記
ピストンに供給する流体圧力を調整するものであ
つて、シリンダチユーブのヘツドカバーに流体通
路を軸方向に沿つてもつ外筒体を固定し、その筒
内に弁座から接離移動して流路の開閉を行う弁体
を設けて弁室を形成し、その弁室の圧力に応じ付
勢部材の弾発力に抗して外筒体の軸方向に変位す
ることによつて弁体の開閉制御可能なアクチユエ
ータを設けると共に、上記付勢部材のばね座に係
合し同座を外筒体の軸方向に移動させる調整リン
グを同筒体外周部に被嵌して構成した圧力調整部
と、上記ベツドをベースフレーム上の所望位置に
固定するものであつて、付勢部材によつて1方向
に弾発されると共に、ダイアフララを介する流体
圧力により付勢部材の弾発力に抗して移動される
プツシユロツドをその先端が突出状態を採るよう
にケーシングに内蔵し、突出されたプツシユロツ
ドを、ベースフレームに穿設した比較的大きな貫
通孔に挿入すると共に、そのプツシユロツドの先
端をベツドと係合可能にし、ベースフレームをベ
ツド及びケーシングによつて所望位置に挾圧固定
