本発明は主として、フロンを冷媒とする回転式冷凍圧縮

鉱油および合成油特にアルキルベンゼン、α−オレフィ
ン、グリコール、エステル単体で見ると多少の優劣はあ
るものの、前記の回転式冷凍圧縮機には潤滑性に於て不
充分であり、どうしても添加剤によって改良せざるを得
ない。現在、極圧添加剤としては硫黄化合物、りん化合
物が一般に使用されている。この硫黄およびりん化合物
とも極圧剤としてはマイルドであり潤滑性を充分には満
足させない。硫黄化合物は劣化すると腐食性物質を生成
し易くまたりん5化合物は加水分解を引き起こす可能性
があり冷凍機油の極圧添加剤としては最善のものではな
い。また極圧効果の大きい金属系化合物を使用すると冷
凍システム中のキャピラリーチューブチョーク等の事故

般に市販されているものに、ふっ素泊フルオロポリエー
テル+CF2−CF2−0+n4ふり化エチレンオリゴ
マー(−CF2−CF2 +、 がある。ふっ素泊を
添加して極圧性を測定したが極圧効果はほとんど見られ
なかった。また4ふっ化工チレンオリゴマーは優れた極
圧性を発揮したが柔軟性に劣った固型微粉末であり冷凍
システムのキャピラリーチューブチョークの原因となる
