[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a product (hereinafter simply referred to as a stick-shaped product) in which foods such as sugar and coffee, or various medicines are packed in a long and narrow stick-shaped bag. This invention relates to an automatic stacking device that collects and stores a large number of books in a container.

Instead of the traditional method of manually packing stick-shaped products one by one into a container, a large number of stick-shaped products are condensed into a uniform thickness using a focusing arm (claw). Later, an automatic collection device was devised that would push all the materials together into a container and store them.

However, in the automatic stacking device configured as described above, when a large number of focused stick products are pushed into a container after removing the focusing arm, each stick product spreads outward like an umbrella. The pushing plate cannot be pushed smoothly.

In addition, if you try to push the product with too much force, the outer surface of the stick-shaped product that has spread outward will come into strong pressure contact with the rim of the container, causing the product's packaging surface to wrinkle or tear, causing the filling to be damaged. It may come out again.

That is, when the tips of a large number of stick-shaped products focused by the focusing arm are slightly inserted into the entrance of the container by the pressure of the pushing plate, and then the focus by the focusing arm is released, the entire stick-shaped product looks like an umbrella. However, since the root end of the stick-shaped product is housed within a holding frame whose inside is made slightly smaller than the shape of the entrance of the container, outward spread is suppressed. It is smoothly pushed into the container by the pushing plate.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, each of the upper and lower focusing arms 4.
4, 5, and 5 are attached to elevating plates 4a, 5a which are moved up and down by cylinders 4S, 5S, respectively, and when the bot 1 is transported to a fixed position, the upper focusing arm 4.4
descends and presses the upper part of the stick-shaped products P stored from the upper opening side of the pot 1, while the lower focusing arm 5.5 rises and pushes the stick-shaped products P from the notch grooves 1a, la. By pressing the bottom surface of the stick-shaped product P, these upper and lower focusing arms 4.4 and 5.5
As shown in FIG. 5, the whole of the container T has a circular shape, and its thickness is converged to a diameter slightly smaller than the area of the entrance Ta of the container T.

Further, 6S is a cylinder that moves the pushing plate 6 forward and backward, and on the front end suppressing surface of the pushing plate 6, there is an annular cylinder whose inner side (inner diameter) is slightly smaller than the area (diameter) of the entrance Ta of the container T. A holding frame 6a is formed, and the base end portions of the bundled stick-shaped products P are fitted and held in the holding frame 6a as shown in FIGS. 6 to 8.

When the upper and lower focusing arms 4 and 5 move up and down to release the focusing (suppression), the entire stick-shaped product P... tries to spread outward, but the holding frame 6a of the pushing plate 6 To prevent this, the holding frame 6a can hold the stick-shaped product P...
Since the entire area (diameter) of the container T is kept smaller than the inlet area (diameter) of the container T, the stick-shaped product P can be pushed smoothly with little resistance by the pushing plate 6. Further, the container T into which the stain-like product P has been pushed is released from its holding according to the operation of the cylinders 75 and 7S, and is dropped into a packet or conveyor as it is, and a new container T is set again. This completes one collection operation.

Since the automatic stacking device according to the present invention is as described above, it is possible to automatically store a large number of stick-shaped products in a container, but in the present invention, in particular, stick-shaped products are pushed into a container. A holding frame is provided on the push-in plate to prevent the stick-shaped product from spreading outward when the focusing arm opens up and down to unfocus, and to keep the overall thickness smaller than the entrance area of the container. Therefore, the pressing by the pressing plate is performed extremely smoothly, so there is no possibility of wrinkles on the sides of the stick-shaped product or the possibility of tearing the product and letting the filling come out, and there is no need to bend the product halfway. Since there is no plastic, it is useful for protecting products, and is suitable for use in collecting stick-shaped products filled with sugar, coffee, etc.
