ツシヨニングプレートにおいて、各クツシヨニン
グプレートが、上記クラツチデイスクの外周部に
取り付けられる第１の取付板部分と、所定間隔に
配設された一対のクラツチフエーシングにそれぞ
れ取り付けられる第２および第３の取付板部分と
、これらの第２および第３の取付板部分の相互間
にそれぞれ屈曲部を介して連結された連結板部分
と、上記第２の取付板部分の側端に屈曲部を介し
連結されて上記クラツチフエーシングの一方に当
接しうる第１の端板部分と、上記第３の取付板部
分の側端に屈曲部を介し連結されて上記クラツチ
フエーシングの他方に当接しうる第２の端板部分
とをそなえ、上記第２の取付板部分が上記第１の
取付板部分の外周側に連結されて、同第２の取付
板部分と上記第１の端板部分との間の屈曲部が上
記クラツチデイスクの半径方向と交叉する方向に
延在するとともに、上記第１の端板部分に屈曲部
を介し連結されて上記クラツチフエーシングの他
方に当接しうる第３の端板部分が設けられたこと
