う連結し、且つ連動杆７とエンジンカバー内の支
点部材との間をリンク９で連結して、多孔板２が
開放位置に回動した時は各蓋６が夫々対応する前
記通気孔群を塞ぎ、又多孔板２が閉鎖位置に回動
した時は、各蓋６が該多孔板に略垂直な位置に回
動するように、リンク９の長さと前記支点部材の
