る光導体を対向配置すると共に上記中空ケーシン
グの他端に上記開口部を通過する光導体からの光
を再び光導体内に反射せしめる鏡を設け、上記鏡
の裏面全体に鏡面に付着する排気ガスのデポジツ
トを焼却する第１のヒータを密着せしめ、かつ少
なくとも上記開口部に対向する光導体の端部に該
端部に付着する排気ガスのデポジツトを焼却する
第２のヒータを設け、上記光導体の他端を光フア
