Claims (1)
の先端部分に、その軸線に対し実質的に直交する光軸を
有するように装着された受光レンズ、上記受光レンズに
隣接して配設され、同レンズを通過した光を実質的に棒
状体の軸線方向に偏向させるプリズム、反射鏡等の偏向
装置、及び上記棒状体内に略同心的に収容されてその一
端を上記偏向装置に対向せしめられ、他端を外部の計測
装置に連結されたグラスファイバ束を具えてなることを
