光を伝送する送光用光ファイバと、該送光用光ファイバ
に並設されて測定光の被測定流体中の光散乱粒子による
散乱光を測定装置へ伝送する受光用光ファイバとからな
る長尺状の光フアイバセンサにおいて、前記送光用およ
び受光用光ファイバの測定光入出射端が当該光フアイバ
センサの先端付近側面に向けられかつ当該センサの先端
形状が滑らかな曲面形状となっていることを特徴とする
光フアイバセンサ。 (2)前記送光用および受光用光ファイバの測定先入出
射端がプリズムを介して又は直接に当該センサの先端付
近側面に向けられている第1項の(3)前記送光用およ
び受光用光ファイバがそれぞれ単数又は複数の光ファイ
