There was a defect that reduced the efficiency of heat transfer to the inner tube. For this reason, the insulating layer is made as thin as possible to prevent a decrease in heat transfer efficiency, but there is a limit to how thin it can be because it cannot ensure strength against friction and the like. In addition, since the heating tube was covered with a heat insulating material and the heating element was placed on top of it, the heat conductivity decreased due to the heat insulating material (Jikkosho
48-20670, Special Publication No. 49-46803).

It is an attempt to do so.

熱管によつて構成される。"Means for solving the problem" This proposal is a heating tube in which a heating element is provided on the outer periphery of a thermally conductive inner tube with an insulating layer interposed between the heating elements. It is constituted by a heating tube filled with resin and made to impregnate the inside of the insulating layer with the resin.

That is, when the heating elements 3 are made to generate heat, the heating elements 3 start generating heat without short circuiting each other due to the insulating properties of the resin 4, and the resin 4 holds the heating elements 3 together due to its heat resistance. and an insulating layer 2 in contact with the inner tube 1.
Due to the thermal conductivity of the resin 4 impregnated inside, the heat generated is well conducted through the insulating layer 2 and is transferred to the inner tube 1.
It heats up quickly.

The heating element 3 is a nichrome wire, a semiconductor, or a steam tube. Silicone resin is used as the thermally conductive resin 4 having heat resistance and insulation properties. In addition, what is shown by 5 in the figure is a heat-resistant reinforcing layer, and 6 is a heat insulating layer in which an air layer is formed using glass fiber, asbestos, silicone sponge, etc.
7 is a protective film on the exterior.

の接触等による事故を防止し得る実益がある。"Effects" Since the present invention is constructed as described above, an air layer is not formed inside the insulating layer 2 due to the impregnated resin 4, and since the resin 4 is a thermally conductive resin, the heat transfer efficiency is improved. This makes it possible to increase the temperature of the heated object quickly and reduce unevenness in temperature distribution. Furthermore, because of the filling resin 4 between the heating elements 3, the holding strength between the heating element 3 and the insulating layer 2 is strengthened, which improves durability against repeated bending use and prevents the heating elements 3, 3 from coming into contact with each other. There is a practical benefit in preventing accidents.
