Claims (1)
で床上に支持された板ばね取付台を配設し、前記
第1可動部と第2可動部とをそれぞれ前記板ばね
取付台と第1板ばね及び第2板ばねにより結合し
、前記両板ばねの両面に圧電素子を貼着し、これ
ら圧電素子に前記両板ばねが相反する方向に曲げ
運動を生ずるように交流電圧を印加するようにし
た振動機において、前記板ばね取付台に反力を検
出する手段を設け、該手段の検出出力が零となる
ように前記第1板ばね又は前記第2板ばねに貼着
した圧電素子に印加される交流電圧の電圧を調整
するようにしたことを特徴とする振動機。 (2) 前記防振ばねは板ばねであつて、前記反力
を検出する手段は前記板ばねに貼着された圧電素
子である第1項に記載の振動機。 (3) 前記第1板ばねと第2板ばねとは一体化さ
