- 上端を密閉蓋７で密封し、下端に微氷粒２を支
持する通気性を有する支持盤４を設けた筒状容器
３と、支持盤４を通して筒状容器３内に冷気を供
給する支持盤４の下面に固定した冷気導入管６と
、筒状容器３に微氷粒２を供給するシユート３１
と、噴射ガンＣに微氷粒２を吸引して送る筒状容
器３内を昇降できるように設けた氷粒吸引管８と
から成る氷粒を噴射するクリーニング装置におけ
る微氷粒移送装置。
