置に関するものである。

た端縁部付近に切欠部11を形成し、かつ別の所
定位置でフイルム10の進行方向を横切つて切欠
部11の中央を通るように溶断すると共に両側を
溶着して溶着部12を形成することにより両側に
傾斜部13を有する延長部14がある袋15を製
造するようになつている。切欠部11はV字状の
刃体で合成樹脂等の支持板の上に配置したフイル
ム10の端縁部付近を押圧することにより形成で
きるが、一般に切断され難くかつ繰返し切欠部1
1を形成するうちにフイルムの切りくずが刃体の
先端に押圧されて支持板に付着することがある。
一度切りくずが付着すると切欠部11は全く形成
することができなくなるものである。又、従来連
続したフイルム10の端縁部付近にV字状の切欠
部11を形成するため例えば実開昭54−123921号
公報に示されるように屈曲したヒートシーラ板を
使用して溶断する提案もあるが、加熱及びフイル
ムの冷却のための装置の費用が高価になるもので
ある。したがつて、加熱手段を設けない刃体によ
つて簡単に切欠部11を形成する実用的な装置が
期待されているが、従来皆無であつた。

て、16は支持部材で、所定位置に配置した取付
棒17に1対のネジ18により取りはずし可能に
取付けてある。この支持部材16の上面には下側
の端縁部が上側より長く延びるように折曲げた合
成樹脂製フイルム10の下側の端縁部付近が沿つ
て移動する支持面部20が設けてある。この支持
面部20にはV字状の幅の狭い長孔21が形成し
てあり、かつこの長孔に接近してわずかの間隔を
介して三角形状の孔よりなる開口部22が形成し
てある。支持部材16には支持面部20の下方に
前記長孔21及び開口部22の下部の空間24の
外側を囲む包囲面部23があり、この包囲面部に
は一方側に可撓性の送風パイプ25を連結する送
風口26がありかつ他方側には排出用ホース27
を連結する排出口28が設けてある。

降部材30が下降する場合フイルム10の移動は
停止するようになつており、刃体33はフイルム
10の端縁部付近にV字状の切欠部11を形成し
ながら支持面部20の長孔21へ挿入させるよう
になつている。この場合第9図においてaに示す
ように最初にフイルム10の端縁部から離れた部
分から切断が開始されbで示すように切断が進み
cで示すように端縁部が最後に切断されるためフ
イルム10の張力を最後まで維持できて切断する
部分が変形することなく切断され、かつ刃体33
が挿入される長孔21の両側でフイルム10が支
持面部20に支持されて切欠部11が変形しない
ようになつている。37はフイルム10の切断片

支持部材と、取付部材に取付けてあつて前記支持
面部に向かつて移動してフイルムのV字状のかど
の部分から切断を開始し最後に端縁部を切断する
ようになつておりかつ切断した部分から刃先を前
記長孔に挿入した後最初の位置へ復帰するV字状
に配置した薄い刃体と、前記支持面部に向かつて
バネにより弾力を受けて進退可能になるように取
付部材に保持されており刃体が切欠部のかどにな
る部分を切断した後この部分をとがつた先端部で
押圧してフイルムを加熱溶融して小さい溶融部を
形成するヒーターを内蔵した加熱溶融棒と、前記
フイルムの切断後切断片を空気流により前記開口
部を通つて排出する排出手段とを包含することを
特徴とする合成樹脂製フイルム用切欠部形成装
置。
