終了し、発熱体5は被溶着部3から遠ざけられる

に再度加熱され、以下同様の動作が繰り返され

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 プラスチツクの被溶着部に当接してそれを加
熱溶解させるための当接面を一端部に有する発熱
体と、この発熱体の他端部側に電気的に接続さ
れ、且つ同発熱体を発熱させるために通電を行う
一対のリード線と、前記発熱体の前記他端部側か
ら同発熱体の内部へ挿入され、且つ同発熱体を冷
却するために同発熱体の内部へエアーを噴射する
ノズルと、このノズルおよび前記一対のリード線
のうちの少なくともこのノズルを前記発熱体に対
して所定の位置に固定する支持部材とを具備し、
前記発熱体には、同発熱体を冷却した後の前記ノ
ズルからのエアーを外部へ逃がす通路が設けられ
ていることを特徴とするプラスチツク用溶着装
置。 2 前記支持部材が、前記ノズルを前記発熱体に
固定するよう前記発熱体の内部に設けられた絶縁
性の第1断熱材料と、前記各リード線のうちの前
記発熱体との接続部、および前記発熱体からの前
記ノズルの露出部の一部を密閉状態に被覆する絶
縁性の第2断熱材料とからなることを特徴とする
特許請求の範囲第1項記載のプラスチツク用溶着
装置。
