    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上部機体と下部機体を開閉可能とし、開閉時に
    作用するダンパーを備えた画像形成装置において
    、前記ダンパーは開閉時の支点に設けられた軸と
    、該軸に、係合面を対向し且つ一定間隔をもつて
    固着された一対の第１カムと、該第１カムの内側
    にあつて前記第１カムとそれぞれ係合し、且つ弾
    性部材により外方に付勢された一対の第２カムよ
    りなることを特徴とする画像形成装置。
