１２とを有する内側容器１と、底部に開口を有し
、その開口端が前記外側容器２の開口端に接合さ
れ、上端が前記内側容器１の大径部底部１１に接
合された補助部材３とからなり、補助部材３の底
部外壁面と外側容器の底部内壁面との間に形成さ
れる真空断熱層９ｂが少なくとも前記内側容器１
の大径部底部１１と等しい投影面積を有する真空
断熱二重容器を備え、内側容器１の小径部底部１
３にセラミツクヒータ４が装着されていることを
